Harry Pellum

Mr. Harry Scott Pellum, 69, of Green Pond, entered into eternal rest Wednesday morning, September 29, 2021, at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston.

Born November 15, 1951 in Colleton county, he was a son of the late Elijah Lish Pellum and Mary Magdaline Murdaugh Pellum.  He served his country faithfully in the United States Air Force.  He loved working in his flower and vegetable gardens.

Surviving are: his brother, James H. Pellum of Walterboro; sisters, Shirley Robertson and her husband Carl and Brenda Groves and her husband Harold, both of Walterboro; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Green Pond Baptist Church, Post Office Box 265, Green Pond, South Carolina 29446.

Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Saturday morning, October 9, 2021, at Green Pond Baptist Church, 12295 Green Pond Highway, Green Pond.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
