Harry Clifton, Jr.

Mr. Harry Eugene Clifton, Jr., affectionately known as “Bubba”, 46, of Hampton, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at his residence.

Funeral services will be 3 pm, Sunday, March 20, 2016 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Varnville-Hampton Chapel.  The family will received friends Sunday afternoon following the service.

Born December 1, 1969 in Hampton and was a son of Harry Eugene Clifton, Sr. and the late Harriett Searson Brunson.  He was a former construction worker.  He was a die-hard South Carolina Gamecocks and Denver Broncos fan.  Bubba enjoyed spending time at the river and loved crabbing.  Anyone who knew him, loved him.  He will always be remembered for the love he had for everyone, his big heart and beautiful smile.

Surviving are: his father and step-mother, Harry Eugene Clifton, Sr. and Kendra of Hartsville; step-father, Earl Brunson of Hampton; children, Justin Allen Clifton of Brunson, Ashleigh Elizabeth Clifton and her husband Joshua Moseley of Brunson, and Kylie Joyce Clifton of Easley; grandson, Dylan Moseley; brothers, Timothy Clifton and his wife Misty of Yemassee, Jason Brunson and his fiancé Tiffany Jordan of Allendale, and Tommy Brunson of Nixville; sisters, Tracey Crosby and her husband Paul Edwards of Varnville, Tina Moore and her husband Davey Sanders of Hampton, and Nicole Clifton of Hartsville; nieces and nephews, Dwight Crosby, David Crosby, Dustin Crosby, Brittney Crosby, Charity Clifton Malphrus, Vance Nettles, Tyler Moore, Trenton Moore, Bryson Moore, Brookes Moore, Kayla Clifton Dobson, Timmy Clifton, Jr., Ja’sean Brunson, Kyle Brunson, Boe Brunson, Hayden Clifton and Hunter Sheffield; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
