Greg Knight

Mr. John Gregory Knight, 67, of Walterboro, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2020, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.  He was the son of the late Harry Adam Knight, Jr. and the late Marion Ramsey Knight and was a lifelong resident of Walterboro.

He is survived by a brother, Steven Knight (Wanda) of Franklin, NC; nieces and nephews, Jessica Cole (Allan) of Raleigh, NC, Forrest Knight (Jordan) of Franklin, TN, Tanner and Sophie Knight of Dacusville, SC; a great niece, Alexa Cole and a great nephew, Atlas Cole, both of Raleigh, NC.

He attended The College of Charleston and was employed by the Colleton County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs.  Greg was a familiar face and beloved icon at the Gahagan Print Shop in Walterboro always exercising precision and perfectionism in his work.  He was always known for his quick wit and humorous anecdotes.   He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Walterboro.

Because of current situation that exists, a private graveside service will be held Friday morning, July 17, 2020, in Glendale Memorial Cemetery in Walterboro.
