Biography
Miss Gerusha Gwendolyn Breland, 82, of 308 Peachtree Road in Walterboro, entered into her eternal rest Wednesday evening, April 11, 2012, at her residence under the care of Agape Hospice.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, April 15, 2012, from the graveside at Black Creek Baptist Churchyard with The Reverend Kevin Stroop officiating.
Mrs. Breland was born October 24, 1929, in Colleton County and was a daughter of the late George Luther Breland and the late Gertrude Cummings Breland. She was a retired from Hunter Manufacturing and was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church. She will be remembered for her love of baking.
Surviving are: a brother, Niles E. Breland of Delaware; three nieces, Sandra Guilford, Ann Scott, and Sue Bullock; and two nephews, Larry Guilford and Edward Breland. She was preceded in death by a brother, Mack Breland; and a sister, Marilyn B. Guilford.
