Ms. Gail Dianne Payne, 76, of Palm Coast, Florida, entered into rest Tuesday afternoon, September 12, 2017, while in Colleton County, South Carolina. Mrs. Payne was born December 5, 1940 in Royal Oak, Michigan she was a co-owner of the Blarney Stone Pub in Florida.
Funeral plans following recovery efforts will be announced by the family following their return home to Florida.
