Mr. Francis Boles Thomas, Jr., affectionately known to everyone as “Bubba”, 50, of North Charleston, entered into eternal rest Saturday, September 21, 2024, at his residence.
Born February 7, 1974, in Orangeburg, he was son of Nancy Longeway Thomas and the late Francis Boles Thomas, Sr. He graduated from Walterboro High School where he was in the Band of Blue. He then graduated from Clemson University and was an avid Clemson football fan. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Walterboro. Francis worked in sales and marketing, enjoyed fishing, and fostered dogs from the animal shelter.
Surviving are: his mother, Nancy L. Thomas of Walterboro; sisters, Tracie Thomas Ramsey and her husband Jackie of Walterboro, and Jennifer Thomas McGhee and her husband Marvin of Columbia; nieces, Karen Ramsey Brock and her husband Donald of Summerville and Karol Ramsey Catterton and her husband C.J. of Citra, Florida; great niece and nephews, Mila Catterton, Jace Catterton and Myles Brock; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A private family service will be held.
