Francis Dean Parnell

Mr. Francis Dean Parnell,58, of Lodge, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday night, December 9, 2021, at his residence.

Born December 21, 1962, in Colleton County, he was a son to the late Mr. Ewell Clinton Parnell and the late Mrs. Geraldine Rachel Kinard Parnell. Francis was  married to Mrs. Kathy Sue Ferguson Parnell for 40 years and were together years prior.

In addition to his wife, Kathy, he is also survived by: a daughter, Karen Jones; sisters, Brenda Gibson and Janet Miller; nephews, Preston Hiers, III, and his wife Leslie, Dean Risher, III, Matthew Hiers and Perry Hiers; nieces, Crystal Risher and Ashley Higgins. He is also survived by: sister-in-laws, Rose Hiers, Lynn Downey and Barbara Callahan; and brother-in-laws, Charles Ferguson, Sr., and David Kinard.
