Frances Caldwell

Mrs. Frances Bennett Caldwell, 89, of Walterboro, entered into rest Monday morning, August 23, 2021 at Pruitt Healthcare of Walterboro.  She was the wife of the late Jack Halman Caldwell.

Born July 14, 1932 in Smoaks, she was a daughter of the late Francis Marion Bennett and Carolyn Lorene Maxey Bennett.  She was a retired supervisor for Brabham Oil Company E-Z Shops.  She was a member of Northside Christian Church, where she had been the church treasurer.  She was very active in her church but was also a very active member and treasurer of the Al-Anon Group of Alcoholics Anonymous.  Mrs. Frances dearly loved her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are: her children, Jackie Richard Caldwell and his wife Lorie Ann of Williams, William Randall Caldwell and his wife Tammie of Walterboro, Debbie Caldwell of Ehrhardt, and Kathy Rodrigue and her husband James of Louisiana; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and her dear friend of over 50 years, Theresa Padgett of Walterboro.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to: Northside Christian Church.

A memorial service will be held 11 o’clock, Thursday morning, August 26, 2021 at Northside Christian Church, 200 Northside Drive, Walterboro.
