Fran Vinson

Mrs. Fran Jolly Vinson, 69, of Round O, entered into eternal rest Wednesday evening, August 18, 2021 at her residence.

Born December 5, 1951 in Cerro Gordo, North Carolina, she was a daughter of Juanita Griffin Jolly and the late Francis Marion Jolly, Jr.  She was a member of Edisto Pentecostal Holiness Church.  She loved flowers and working in her yard.

Surviving are: her husband, Kenneth Vinson, Sr. of Round O; son, David Ronald Dickson, III of Summerville; step children, Kenny Vinson, Jr. of Rock Hill, Dawn Rogers of Rock Hill, and John Vinson of Arizona; siblings, Earl Jolly, Margaret LeJeune, Judy Ward, and Debora Carothers; granddaughter, Brittany Lambert; 2 great grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Roger Jolly and Carolyn Jolly.

Funeral services will be held 2 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, August 21, 2021 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel.  Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
