Florrie Bell

Ms. Florrie Smith Bell, 78, of Ridgeland, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Ridgeland.
Funeral services will be held 3:30 pm, Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel. Interment will follow in Little Swamp United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Born January 6, 1938 in Colleton County, she was a daughter of the late Ben Wildon Smith and Lula Black Smith. She was of the Baptist faith, loved to sing, going to church, and fishing. Most of all she loved her daughter, her grandchildren, and her great grandchildren.
Surviving are: her daughter Vicky Heape Moroz and her husband Terrie of Florida; sisters, Phoebe Garris and her husband Mitch of Walterboro and Bennie Lou Ramsey of Sniders; 4 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, McClellon Smith; and a sister, Dora Thomas.
