Elizabeth Brown

Elizabeth Tiny Brown, 75, of Walterboro, entered into her state of eternal rest Friday morning, October 29, 2010, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, South Carolina.



Funeral services will be conducted 3 oclock Sunday afternoon, October 31, 2010, from the Hopewell Baptist Church , 6869 Parkers Ferry Road, Adams Run, with The Reverend Naveen Balakrisnan officiating.



Ms. Brown was born April 16, 1935 in Charleston County, SC, and was a daughter of the late James Wood and the late Cherry Barwick Wood. She was a homemaker who took great joy in her grandchildren and who loved to fish.



Surviving are: her sons, George Lee Benton and Allen J. Benton of Walterboro and Jeff Brown of Savannah, Georgia; daughters, Deborah Lynn Roscoe of Walterboro and Kathy Elizabeth Cox of North Charleston; a brother, James H. Wood of Adams Run; sisters Joyce Bishop of Adams Run and Betty Beach; fourteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
