Eldon Riddick Craven

Mr. Eldon Riddick Craven, age 80, a native and longtime resident of Walterboro, entered into rest Saturday morning, July 8, 2017, a the North Carolina State Veteran’s Home in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 o’clock Tuesday morning, July 11, 2017, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Craven’s Rose Garden Cemetery, Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
Born August 14, 1936, he was a son of the late David and Lorene Craven. He served in the United States Army and will always be remembered for his love of fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lettie Craven; a daughter, Susan Lemacks (Danny) of Ehrhardt; a sister, Pat Duncan of Florida; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Sally Mae Craven of Walterboro.
