Mrs. Edna Litchfield O’Bryant, 75, of Ruffin, entered into rest Tuesday afternoon, October 14, 2025, at her residence.
Born November 6, 1949, in Walterboro, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late James Williard Litchfield and the late Ramona Nicely Litchfield. She was a retired weaver having worked at J.P. Stevens and Asten Hill. She was a member of Doctor’s Creek Baptist Church and will always be remembered for her love of quilting.
Surviving are: a daughter, Pattie O’Bryant Senn of Alabama; two grandchildren, Megan Denise Hardy (Logan) and William Alan Ritter; and two great grandchildren, Layla and Landon; as well as nieces and nephews, Jamey (Patti), Jimmy (Juanita), Jodi (Steve), Calvin, Carmin, and Caren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harvey and Danny Litchfield; and a sister, Linda Litchfield Hunt.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, October 17, 2025, from the graveside at Doctor’s Creek Baptist Church, 126 Doctor’s Creek Road, Walterboro.
