Earl Bruner

Mr. Earl George Bruner, 28, of Ehrhardt, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 3 pm, Sunday, July 31, 2016 at St. John’s Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Born May 22, 1988 in Orangeburg County, he was a son of John Wallace Bruner, III and Deborah Kinard Bruner.  He was the owner of Bruner Logging and co-owner of Bruner Trucking.  He had attended St. Johns Baptist Church.  He loved hunting, fishing and working on cars.  Earl especially loved having cook-outs and spending time with his family and friends.  He will always be remembered as someone who never met a stranger, was always willing to help anyone, his big heart and smile, and for always making you laugh.

Surviving are: his parents, Debbie Kinard Bruner of Ehrhardt, and Johnny and Melisa Bruner of Holly Hill; siblings, John Wallace Bruner, IV of Ehrhardt, Nicole Wallace and her husband Michael of Winnsboro, Louisiana, and Chancy Cowan of Gilbert, Louisiana; grandmothers, Mary Erline Kinard of Ehrhardt and Virl S. Bruner of Lexington; nieces, Destiny Wallace, Calista Wallace, Annabelle Wallace and Embry Wallace; special friends, Christi Weatherford and Charlene Morris; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Earl Kinard and John Wallace Bruner, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the charity of one’s choice.
