Dylan Vincent Barber

Mr. Dylan Vincent Barber, age 28, of Walterboro, entered into rest Sunday evening, March 22, 2026, with his loving family at his side following a long and courageous battle against Coffin Lowry Syndrome.

Dylan was born July 8, 1997 at Trident Hospital in North Charleston, South Carolina. He was of the Roman Catholic faith and will always be remembered for his love of animals. He enjoyed concerts, especially attending Jimmy Buffett concerts, as well as traveling to Myrtle Beach and riding the Sky Wheel.

Surviving are: his mother, Sheri Lynn Ingram Barber; his brother, Dalton Lindsay Barber; his grandparents, Lester and Linda Ingram; an aunt, Katherine Lopez; and his beloved cat, “Meow-Meow”.

Flowers will be accepted, or for those that wish, the family has requested that memorials be directed in his memory to: Coffin-Lowry Syndrome Foundation, 159 Knockash Hill, Madison, Alabama 35756.
