Dwight "Bubba" Copeland

Mr. Dwight “Bubba” Thomas Copeland, 64, entered into rest Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Colleton Medical Center.

Born March 29, 1954 in Colleton County, he was a son of the late Harry Copeland and Elise Stanfield Beach.  He loved hunting and fishing and working on cars.  Most of all, he will be remembered as a strong man who dearly loved his family and would do anything that he could for anyone.

Surviving are: his children, Thomas George Copeland, Sr., Melinda Kay Copeland and Patricia Jane Copeland, all of Walterboro; grandchildren, Barbara Beach, Braxton Copeland, Brandy Copeland, Autumn Walker, Skylar Valentine, Thomas George Copeland, Jr., Destiny Marie Beard, Leila Jean Copeland, Linda Kaylee Walling; sister, Gloria Sosbee of Charlotte, North Carolina; former wife, Linda Walling Copeland and her husband John Miller of Walterboro; and his beloved dog, “Happy”.  He was preceded in death by his siblings, Bobby Hansford and Lynn Shelton.
