Dowling Lyons

Mr. Dowling Webster Lyons, known by all as "Buckshot", of Walterboro, entered into rest Tuesday evening, September 7, 2021, at Colleton Medical Center.  Born December 16, 1955 in Walterboro, he was a son of Aquilla Strickland Lyons and the late Dowling Walter Lyons.  He was a forklift operator.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Surviving are: his mother, Aquilla Lyons of Smoaks; wife, Delphi Ann Strawn Lyons; son, Shane Lyons of Walterboro; step son, Charles “Bowinkle” Thomas and his wife Jennifer of Walterboro; grandson, Palmer Thomas; brother, Tony Lyons and his wife Pam, and their children, Kimberly Lyons and Randy Lyons; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
