Mrs. Doris Elaine Odom Crosby, 84, of Walterboro, entered into rest Thursday morning, January 22, 2026, at Magnolia’s of Walterboro. She was the wife of the late Legare Crosby.

Born March 18, 1941, in Salley, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Walter Jackson Odom and Neola Sanford Odom. She was a retired Animal Inspector for South Carolina Meat and Poultry Department. She was a member of Bedon Baptist Church. After retirement, Mrs. Doris enjoyed spending her time working in her yard and taking care of her flowers.

Surviving are: her children, Joe Chris Williams and his wife Cindy of Walterboro and Walter Michael Williams and his wife Lynette of Walterboro; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; brother, Gene Harris Odom of Pelzer; and sister, Patricia Odom Koop and her husband Dale of Anderson, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Jackie Rogers Odom, Minnie Agnes Hutto, and Steve Wendell Odom.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Edisto Hospice and Magnolia's of Walterboro for the care and compassion they provided.

Graveside funeral services will be held 2 o’clock, Thursday afternoon, January 29, 2026, at Bedon Baptist Church Cemetery, 2410 Cottageville Highway, Walterboro.
