Mrs. Donna Kay Reeves, 66, of St. George, entered into rest Saturday morning, January 16, 2016, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, January 19, 2016, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Maple Cane Cemetery, Augusta Highway, Cottageville.
Born May 11, 1949, in Cottageville, she was a daughter of the late Joel and Ethel Ferguson Reeves. In her earlier years, she was a seamstress and she will always be remembered for the love she possessed for her family as well as her passion for fishing.
Surviving are: a daughter, Tori Parris (Frankie Gray) of St. George; a son, Eddie Padgett of Walterboro; and three sisters, Beverly Polind of Ridgeville, Peggy Covington and her husband Kenneth of Ruffin, and Catherine Reed of Yemassee. There are six grandchildren, Brandon Valentine, Edward Anthony Padgett, Hollie Bazemore, Paige Alexandria Parris, Sarah Faye Barr, and Chelsey Lynn Gray.
