Mr. Donald Mack Hill, 65, of Great Swamp Road, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 10 am, Friday, May 4, 2012 at Walterboro Church of God. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Hill was born March 17, 1947 in Kennedy, Alabama and was a son of Mary Magdalene Perkins Hill and the late Ruben Dearl Hill. He was a member of Edisto Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mr. Hill served his country faithfully in the United States Army during Vietnam. After his tenure in the Army, he became a team truck driver along with his wife, Vicky.
Surviving are: his wife of 48 years, Vicky Cornelius Lowe Hill; mother, Mary Perkins Hill; children, Donald Mack Hill, Jr., David Mark Hill (Angie), Dale Marty Hill (Tami), and Dean Michael Hill; brothers, R.D. "Wayne" Hill, Jr. (Deborah), George D. Hill (Linda), Larry Edward Hill (Deborah), Billy Joe Hill (Phyllis), and Robert Lee Hill (Dena); sister, Jane Crutchfield (Billy); 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
