Mrs. Dianne Blas Creel, 72, of Cottageville, entered into rest Monday December 23, 2024, at her residence. She was the loving wife of the late Murry Rogers Creel.
Born March 20, 1952, in Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Domingo and Florence Ann Blas. She was known as a hard worker with a strong work ethic. She was a fabrication worker with Brite Line Extrusions. She was a devoted member of Little Rock Holiness Church in Cottageville where she was active in many aspects of the church’s work. At her beloved church, she was a Sunday School teacher, soloist, member of the choir and a part of the hospitality committee. She centered her life around her family and those she loved and will always be remembered for her love of fishing.
Surviving are: two sons, Frank Rogers Creel and his wife Vanessa Dale Kleinkauf Creel and Rocky Jay Creel; three brothers, Joseph Blas, Richard Blas, and Phillip Blas; three sisters, Marie Blas Stone, Rose Creel, and Sandra Nauyoks; six grandchildren, Marina, Mia, Jaylyn, Nasia, Timothy, and Taylor; a great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings, Frank, Kinnie, and Linda.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, January 3, 2025, from Little Rock Holiness Church. The Reverend Dr. John Glenn Creel officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony beginning at 1 o’clock that afternoon in the church sanctuary.
