Dianne Jones Bell

Mrs. Dianne Jones Bell, age 71, entered into rest Tuesday morning, July 31, 2018, at her home in Walterboro.

Born January 23, 1947, in Walterboro, South Carolina, she was a daughter  r of the late Samuel Jones and the late Alma Ramsey Jones Kiser.  She was a retired driver from Parks Auto Parts in Walterboro and was a member of Hendersonville Baptist Church.  She will always be remembered for the love she possessed for animals, especially her cats.  She enjoyed fishing and always held a strong value of family in her heart.

Surviving are: two sons, Rodney Dewayne Zeigler of Walterboro and Preston Brooks Zeigler and his wife Lisa of Walterboro; two sisters, Rhonda Jones Strickland and her husband Justin of West Columbia and Sandra Jones Hill of Blythewood; and a brother, Michael Jones of Islandton.  There are two grandchildren, Shane Keith Zeigler and Anthony Trea Zeigler as well as two great grandchildren, Preston Lee Zeigler and Rowen Keith Zeigler that also survive along with a daughter-in-law and dear friend, Arretha Zeigler and her step-mother, Mary Grace Robertson.  She was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Kevin Zeigler in 1969, and her step-father, Leonard Kiser.

Flowers will be accepted, or for that wish, the family has requested that memorial contributions be directed in her memory to: Hendersonville Baptist Church, 893 Bachelor Hill Road, Walterboro, South Carolina 29488.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon, August 4, 2018, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.  The Reverend Doug Tuten officiating.  Interment will follow in Black Creek Baptist Churchyard, 4931 Black Creek Road, Walterboro.
