Della Graham

Mrs. Della Moore Graham, 90, of Summerville, entered into eternal rest Tuesday morning, February 27, 2024, at Community Hospice House in Summerville.  She was the wife of the late Thomas Gene Graham.

Born March 17, 1933, in Crosby, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Moore and Alma Alice Sizemore Moore.  She was a retired preschool teacher at Summerville Baptist Church.  She was an active and faithful member of First Baptist Church of Jedburg.  Mrs. Della was a devout Christian woman and loved working with children.  At her church, she was a member of the adult choir as well as the Glory Gang Senior Ministry.  She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Ridgeville Chapter No. 290.  She was also an avid Summerville Greenwave football fan.

Surviving are: her children, Treva Rose Reynolds and her husband Frederick of Elloree, Kathy Lynes and her husband William of Cottageville, and Dr. Rodney E. Graham of Summerville; brother, Naaman Moore of West Virginia; sisters, Mamie Morton of Florida and Faye Truesdale of Huger; 6 grandchildren; as well as many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her siblings, Samuel Edison Moore, Anna Mae Gaskins, Louise Graham, Kaye Regan, and Mary Magdalene King.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions maty be made to First Baptist Church of Jedburg, 121 Brewer Road, Summerville, South Carolina 29483.

Funeral services will be held 12 noon, March 2, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Jedburg, 121 Brewer Road, Summerville.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 11 am.
