Mrs. Daisy B. Stutts Wiggins Carson, 78, of Walterboro, died early Monday morning, November 15, 2010 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston after an extended illness. She was first married to the late Carl W. Wiggins, Sr. and secondly to the late Eddie L. Carson.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Friday, November 19, 2010, at Bedon Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.
Mrs. Carson was born May 10, 1932 in Walterboro and was a daughter of the late Charlie and Lanie Roberts Stutts. She was a faithful member of Bedon Baptist Church where she was an active member of the Dorcas Sunday School Class and the Mary Saunders Bible Study Group. She loved working with crafts and was a world traveler.
Surviving are: her children, Rose Mary Moore and her husband Tony of Walterboro, Charles Carson of Walterboro, Bruce Wiggins and his wife Cindy of Jacksonville, FL, Carl W. Wendy Wiggins, Jr. and his wife Tricia of Holly Hill, Tony Carson of Albuquerque, NM, and Toby Carson and his wife Linda of Pigeon Forge, TN; a sister, Ivalee Headden of Walterboro; a brother, Harry Stutts of Walterboro; 12 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Rosalee Stutts Faulkenberry; and brothers, Walter Stutts, James R. Stutts and Charlie Stutts, Jr.
