Connie Winn

Connie Ann Stanley Winn, 70, was born on October 25, 1946, to the late Harry and Mattie Stanley in Varnville, South Carolina. Connie passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina, after an extended illness.
Connie is survived by her husband, Charlie Elliott Winn of Hampton, SC; her daughters, Gina Renee Winn Graham of Hampton, SC, and Connie Angela “Angie” Winn Hickerson (Anthony) of Brunson, SC; her grandchildren, Renee Ann Winn Crenshaw (Barry) of Hampton, SC, Rachel Katherine Hickerson Millard (Joshua) of Aiken, SC, Rebekah Loren Hickerson of Lexington, SC, Johnathan Kendall Graham (Destiney) of Beaufort, SC, and Treynor Lee Graham of Hampton, SC; her great grandchildren, Luke Elliott Crenshaw, Alexis Mackenzie Crenshaw and Abigail Kendall Graham; her sisters Louise Long of Nixville, SC and Betty All (James) of Sycamore, SC and a host of nieces and nephews. Connie was predeceased by her brothers Jimmy Stanley, Billy Stanley, Tony Stanley and Dennis Stanley, all of Hampton, SC.
Connie married Charlie on August 30th, 1963. She dedicated her life to Jehovah, along with her husband and her mother on September 19th, 1969, and was a faithful member of the Hampton Congregation of Jehovah‘s Witnesses until her health failed her. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and she loved every minute that she spent with her family. She was affectionately known as “Mema” to her kids and grandkids, and all of their friends. She will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock, Monday morning, January 23, 2017 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 6985 Pocotaligo Road, Hampton. Interment will follow in Sandy Run Cemetery, Sandy Run Road, Hampton.
