Charlotte Sanders

Ms. Charlotte Ann Sanders,49, of Hampton entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 3, 2012, at MUSC in Charleston, S.C.

Funeral services will be 3 o'clock, Sunday, January 6, 2013 in the Yemassee Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery.

Ms. Sanders was born August 14, 1963 in Orangeburg, S.C. and was a daughter of Joyce Kennedy Sanders and the late Leonard O'Neal Sanders, Sr. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was an LPN formerly employed with Oakwood Health Care center.

Surviving in addition to her mother of Yemassee are: her husband, James Lee Smith of Hampton; children, Jason Scott Stone of Ridgeland, Miranda Lynne Stone Durham of Smoaks, Hollie Ann Stone of Hampton, and Cameron Goodier of St. George; brothers, Leonard O'Neal Sanders, Jr. and Davey Jeffery Sanders both of Yemassee; sister, Stacy Renee Sanders of Yemassee; grandchildren, Alana Schuyler Robertson and Preston Zachary Durham of Smoaks; and her biological mother, Charlotte Stokes of Carriere, Mississippi.
