Carsie Ezekiel Hiott

Mr. Carsie Ezekiel Hiott, Jr., 71, of Walterboro, entered into rest Saturday morning, March 18, 2023 at his residence.

Born November 21, 1951 in Colleton County, he was the son of Jessie Mae Smoak Hiott and the late Carsie Ezekiel Hiott, Sr.  He enjoyed listening to old country music, taking long rides, and eating at the Huddle House.  He also enjoyed watching old western movies and playing jokes on everyone.  He was a godly man who knew the Bible thoroughly.

Surviving are: his mother, Jessie Mae Hiott of Walterboro; sisters, Nora Irvin Driver of Walterboro and Carolyn Jones of Savannah; 3 nephews; 1 niece; and a host of cousins.

Graveside funeral services will be held 2 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, April 1, 2023 at Bedon Baptist Church Cemetery, 2410 Cottageville Highway, Walterboro.
