Carl Beach

Mr. Carl “Lucky” Beach, age 66, entered into rest Monday, August 17, 2026.

Born June 21, 1960 in Colleton County, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Otis Peters and the late Norma Beach Lyons. He was raised by Carl and Elise Beach. Mr. Beach grew-up in Athens, Georgia, where he lived for several years before returning home to Walterboro.

Surviving are: two sons, Lewis Beach and Reggie Searson; two daughters, Becky Beach and Kelly Ann Morris; two brothers, Thomas “Sambo” Grayson and James Allen Beach; and numerous grandchildren, nephews, and nieces. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Dwight Copeland, Dean Litchfield, and Sidney Beach; and four sisters, Gloria Sosbee, Bobbie Hansford, Lynn Shelton, and Vickie Lyons.

Lucky was always a very private person and he will be missed. In honor of his desire for privacy thought-out his life, the family will continue that by not having a memorial service at this time.
