Mr. Bruce Jennings, Jr., 68, of Augusta Highway, Smoaks, entered into his eternal rest Wednesday evening, April 3, 2012, at his residence under the care of Agape Hospice.
A memorial service of life and resurrection will be conducted 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, April 13, 2012, from Green Pond United Methodist Church, Highway 61, Smoaks, with The Reverend Kevin Stroop officiating.
Mr. Jennings was born January 1, 1944, in Orangeburg, and was a son of the late Bruce Jennings, Sr. and the late Daisy Bell Thompson Jennings. He was a dairy farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are: his wife, Suda Norton Jennings; a son, Bruce Jennings, III of Smoaks; three brothers, Johnny Jennings of North Carolina, Neil Jennings of Orangeburg, and Jimmy Jennings of Cordova; and a sister, Betty Ann Griffin of Orangeburg.
