Mr. Herman Eugene Teal, affectionately known by all as "Bobby", age 63, of Cottageville, entered into rest Saturday evening, February 28, 2015, at the Trident Medical Center in North Charleston.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, March 4, 2015, from Maple Cane Baptist Church, 21324 Augusta Highway, Cottageville. The Reverend Dr. David Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Cane Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony beginning at 1 o'clock that afternoon in the church sanctuary.
Born May 7, 1951, in Newnan, Georgia, he was a son of the late Ezra Eugene Teal and the late Nora Mae Acholes Teal. He was an auto parts specialist and was a member of Maple Cane Baptist Church. Bobby loved camping and fishing and will always be remembered as a Nascar Motor Sports fan who adored Dale Earnhardt, Sr. as well as an avid wrestling fan of Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Surviving are: his wife of forty-one years, Mrs. Bonne Murdaugh Teal; two sons, Bobby Glen Teal and his wife Selena of Cottageville and Joseph Ezra Teal and his wife Patience of Cottageville; two daughters, Yolonda Rowe-Tolliver and her husband Jason of Cottageville and Brandi Teal Kelley and her husband Jayson of Walterboro; a brother, Jimmie Ray Teal and his wife Anna of Marshall, North Carolina; and a sister, Linda Teal Teachy and her husband Larry of Round O. There are nine grandchildren and one great grandchild that survive. He was preceded in death by a grandchild.
