Bobbie Lowery

Mrs. Bobbie Martin Lowery, 75, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Wednesday morning, June 7, 2023, at Roper Hospital in Charleston.

Born March 11, 1948, in Lodge, she was a daughter of the late Rollin McCloud Martin and Maude Taylor Martin.  She was a member of Givhans Baptist Church.  She loved her family, her church family, and enjoyed cooking, gardening, and especially thrift store shopping.

Surviving are: her husband, Norman Eugene Lowery of Walterboro; children, Dianne Campbell of Moncks Corner, Brad Skipper of Cottageville, and Richard Skipper of Summerville; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Cullum (Furman) of Charleston, Phyllis Bostick of James Island, Eunice Prince (Harold) of Moncks Corner, Debra Bridge (Merle) of Ridgeville, and Mandy Hill (Lester) of Ridgeville; and sisters-in-law, Sylvia Martin of Mexico and Sheila Martin of Givhans.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, Mac Martin and Joey Martin.

A memorial service will be held 11 o'clock, Monday morning, June 19, 2023 at Givhans Baptist Church. 2140 Old Beech Hill Road, Ridgeville, South Carolina.
