Biography

Mrs. Billie Lois Fraley Card, 83, of Walterboro, South Carolina died Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Card was the wife of the late Edward L. Card and was a homemaker.

Mrs. Card was born December 5, 1927 in Tiny, Virginia and was a daughter of the late Ellis Clinton Fraley and Louise Large Fraley. She was a member of the Tinley Park Baptist Church in Tinley Park, IL. She frew up in Castlewood and St. Paul, VA. She was a very loving and devoted mother.

Surviving are: her two sons, Gregory Wayne Card of Cottageville, SC and Scott Keith Card of Brooksville, FL; sister, Hele Watson of Cayce, SC; and a brother, Gary Fraley of St. Paul, VA. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gleason Fraley; and sisters, Oma F. Stanley, Murriel f. Gilbert and Zanner F. Smith.

A visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6 until 8 at THE BRICE W. HERNDON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, WALTERBORO CHAPEL, 1193 Bells Highway, Walterboro, SC.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm, Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Turner Funeral and Cremation Center, 504 East Jefferson Street, Brooksville, Florida.
