Barbara Snelgrove

Mrs. Barbara Raye Inabinet Snelgrove, 81, of Round O, entered into eternal rest Monday, November 20, 2023, at Medical University of South Carolina.

Born January  24, 1942, in Mount Holly, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Emanuel Pooser Inabinet, Jr. and Mary Jeanette Sams Inabinet.  She was a member of Grover United Methodist Church.  She always loved helping anyone she could and loved working in her ceramic shop.  Most of all she loved her family and was an amazing mother and grandmother.

Surviving are: her husband of 63 years, Robert Felton Snelgrove of round O; her children, Debra Snelgrove of Round O, Deanna Lietzke and her husband Doug of Round O, and Kim Monnet and her husband Mike of Santee; sister, Kathy Beverly and her husband Donald of Lincoln, Nebraska; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren with one on the way; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Inabinet; and sister, Peggy Mason.

Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Friday morning, November 24, 2023, at Grover United Methodist Church, 1912 Highway 15, Saint George.  Interment will follow at 3:30 Friday afternoon at Mount Horeb United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1205 Old Cherokee Road, Lexington.
