Barbara Joan Bailey

Mrs. Barbara Joan Bailey, 78, of Walterboro, entered into rest Saturday afternoon, November 30, 2019, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.

Born June 21, 1941, in Sayre, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Howard Newton Bailey and the late Janie Walling Bailey.  She was a licensed practical nurse having worked her career in various hospitals and as a private care nurse. She was of the Christian faith.

Surviving are: her daughter, Jan Elizabeth Sanchez (Jimmy Morris) of Walterboro; and two grandchildren, Adam Michael Sanchez who is stationed in Japan with the United States Marie Corp and Alexander William Sanchez of Ladson.

Arrangements for a memorial service are incomplete at this time and will be announced soon.
