Ashley Richardson

Mrs. Ashley Renee Richardson, 30, of Cottageville, passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 at Roper St. Francis Hospital in Charleston.

Born November 7, 1986 in Walterboro, she was a graduate of Colleton County High School, where she was a member of the CCHS Band Color Guard.  Ashley was a loving wife and mother who adored her husband and her children.  She loved the outdoors and spending time with her family doing many outdoor activities.  Ashley welcomed everyone with open arms and was loved by everyone who knew her.  She met everyone with her never ending smile and would always make you smile even when you were having a bad day.

Surviving are: her husband, Larry DeShawn Richardson of Cottageville; children, Jayden DeShawn Richardson and Karmyn Renee Richardson, both of Cottageville; her mother, Jackie Lynn Hiott of Walterboro; brother, Joshua Brandon Hiott of Walterboro; sister, Heather Michele Aiken of Walterboro; nieces, Cierra Michelle Aiken and Mariya Hiott; her in-laws, Larry and Starr Richardson of Moncks Corner and Paul and Mary Haase of Cottageville; brothers-in-law, Tye Richardson and Justin Richardson, both of Cottageville; sisters-in-law, Brittany Haase and Brandy Haase of Cottageville; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by grandparents, Riddick and Geraldine Hiott, Barbara and Dorian Schlee, John Richardson, and Larry Sparks; and a nephew, Deon Aiken.
