Mr. Alva Zelotes Weaver, known by all as “Zack”, age 55 of Jacksonboro, entered into rest Tuesday afternoon, September 2, 2025, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.
Born August 31, 1970, in Jasper County, he was a son of the late Norman C. Weaver, Sr. and the late Mary Woods Weaver. For a number of years, he was a Park Ranger for the South Carolina Parks and Recreation, having served at Huntington Island, Myrtle Beach and Givhans. He was a long-term associate and sales representative with Stokes Automotive Group. He was a member of The Baptist Church of Beaufort and will always be remembered for his avid love of fishing and playing golf. He was very talented at woodworking and had owned his own cabinet making business at one time.
Surviving are: two sons, Johnathan Weaver and Brandon Weaver of Las Vegas; a brother, Cliff Weaver (Christine) of Beaufort; and his devoted companion, Maria Blandino and her children, Joshua and Mariah as well as their families.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made in his memory to the charity of one’s choice.
