Alisha Gardner

Alisha Rose Gardner, a loving and selfless person, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the age of 43.

She was an incredible mom and fun-loving person who always put her children and granddaughter first.  Her unconditional love for them was truly inspiring.  Alisha went above and beyond to take care of all her loved ones, making sure they were always supported and cared for.  She had a special bond with her granddaughter, and it was the toughest thing for her to say no to almost anything she asked for, which showed how much she adored her.  Alisha’s calm and composed nature in tough situations made her a rock for her family and friends.

Alisha was also a hard worker as well as an exceptional, loving caregiver to her grandparents. She gave her all in everything she did.  Whether it was fixing things around the house or enjoying the beauty of nature, she found joy in the simple things in life.  She left a lasting impression on anyone whether it be a friend or a stranger.  She was the true definition of generosity.  Her memory will forever be cherished and never forgotten by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Surviving are: her sons, Mason Abiff Cole and Dakota Shane Dandridge (Kylie Griffin), both of Walterboro; parents, Leon and Beth Durbin of Sheldon; grandparents, Billy and Barbara Guilford of Walterboro; brothers, Ron McMillen, Shane McMillen and Joey Tester; sisters, Connie Gardner, Rachal Durbin, Ashley Durbin, and Tiffany Faith (Arnold); her loving best friend, Christa Baker; nephews, Jacob, Dylan, Caleb, and Roman; nieces, Kylie, Ivey, Lily, and Bella; and many that she loved as her own.  Alisha was joined in Heaven by her beautiful granddaughter, Asiyra; and was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and June Wiltsie.
