Aline Carden

Mrs. Aline Marie Blades Carden, 72, of Prices Bridge Road, Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at her residence.



A memorial service will be held 3 pm, Sunday, February 28, 2010 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel.



Mrs. Carden was born January 20, 1938 in Charlotte, North Carolina and was a daughter of the late Arthur Rae Blades and Clem Deweese McCormick. She will be remembered for the love she had for her animals and working with her flowers; but most of all the love she had for her family. May the stars watch over you, the clouds be your bed, the sky be your blanket and the sun light your way to freedom.



Surviving are: her husband of 47 years, George Michael Carden of Walterboro; children, Tina Carden of Walterboro and Paul Carden of Walterboro; daughter-in-law, Renee Carden of Walterboro; granddaughter, Whitney Carden of Walterboro; brothers, Raeford Blades of Florida and Charles Blades of Virginia; and brother-in-law, Andrew J. Carden, Jr. of Walterboro.
