Ada Lou Ritter

Mrs. Ada Lou Ritter, 88, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Colleton Medical Center. She was the widow of William McDonald Ritter.

Funeral services will be held 4 pm, Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Ritter was born September 28, 1924 in Walterboro and was a daughter of the late Moody and Ada Crosby Ritter. She was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church and was a retired seamstress from Smoaks Manufacturing Company.

Surviving are: her son, Hilton Ritter and his wife Brenda of Walterboro; grandchildren, Robby Ritter and his wife Patricia, Kristina Boyert and her husband Stephen and Rebecca Ketchum and her husband Doug, all of Walterboro; 7 great grandchildren, Natalie Nicole Ritter, Hailie Rose Ritter, Robert William “Asher” Ritter, Jasmine Nicole Boyert, Lilian Grace “Lily” Boyert, Dylan Reid Ketchum and Bryson Lee Ketchum; and a sister, Judy Crosby of Walterboro. She was preceded in death by a brother, Moody Ritter, Jr.
