Ray Marr Obituary

Mr. Ray Oneal Marr, 64, of Hampton, entered into rest Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in Charleston.

Born August 5, 1954 in Hampton, he was a son of the late Nathan Roy Marr and Lillian Irene Brown Marr. He was an owner/operator truck driver. He loved motorcycles and riding his side by side buggy. Most of all he loved his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are: his children, Neal Marr and his wife Tracy Collins Marr of Lincolnton, North Carolina and Karen Suzanne Marr Henson and her husband Ronald Lee Henson, Jr. of Ruffin; brother, Roy Rustin Marr of Sheldon; and grandchildren, Justin Neal Marr, Amber Elaine Marr, Cameron Matthew Bryant, Brandon Hunter Marr, and Christopher Melvin Bryant.

The family will gather at his residence Saturday evening, June 15, 2019 from 5 until 7, 213 Sharon avenue, Hampton.
