Lewis Kevin Ramsey, 43, of Walterboro, passed away Friday evening, October 28, 2016, at his residence.
A memorial service will be conducted 6 o’clock Friday evening, November 4, 2016, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. The family will receive friends following the service.
Born November 25, 1972, in Walterboro, he was a son of Mike Ramsey and Brenda Groves Denny. He loved cooking, being well known for his own brand of Bar-be-que sauce, which has been sold in many stores thought-out town.
Surviving are: his mother, Brenda and her husband James of Summerville; his father, Mike of Beaufort; two sons, Christopher Hunter Ramsey (Tuesday Wilson) of Walterboro and Austin Ramsey of Texas; a longtime companion, Michelle Poston of Walterboro; and two sisters, Kelly Denny of Summerville and Prissy Griffin of Walterboro. There are several cousins that also survive to include, Shannon Hiott, Mitch Groves, and Matthew Hiott.
