JW Willis

Mr. Jerry Walker Willis, 55, of Walterboro, passed away Friday, July 20, 2018.

Born September 14, 1962 in Berkeley County, he was a son of Frances Hill Willis and the late Sam Norman Willis.  He was a meat cutter for many years for Lee’s Sausage Company, Giant Food World, and General IGA.

Surviving are: the mother of his children and forever friend, Cynthia Johnson of Orangeburg; children, Jerry Walker “Little J” Willis, II and Victoria of Orangeburg, Dana and Ryan Leysath of Hilton Head, Angie and Jamie Kirby of Orangeburg, and Steven and Ashley Johnson of Swansea; his mother, Frances Hill Willis of Ridgeville; sisters, Nancy Stewart and Jerry of Moncks Corner and Delilah Geddings and Kelly of Holly Hill; brother, Sam Willis of Ridgeville; and 10 grandchildren;  He was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Willis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
