Mrs. Gail Bennett McMillan, 67, of Waynesboro, Georgia, entered into rest Thursday, November 28, 2019, at Brentwood Nursing Facility in Waynesboro, Georgia. She was the wife of the late Mr. Karl Wilbur McMillan.
Born July 9, 1952, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Charles Bennett and the late Martha Mitchell Bennett. She received her nursing degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and was a retired Nurse Anesthetist. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Augusta, Georgia.
Surviving are: two step sons, Karl A. McMillan of Aiken, South Carolina, and J. Cary McMillan (Sharon) of Green Pond, South Carolina; and a brother, Charles Bennett. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Lindsey Steinman, Kinsey McMillan, Reeves McMillan, Henry McMillan, and Darby McMillan; and two great grandchildren, Avery Steinman and Oliver Steinman. She was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Bennett.
