Eldred S. Randall of Bluffton, South Carolina, beloved husband of Linda Randall, died peacefully with his wife by his side Monday, May 8, 2017.
Known to friends as “Randy”, he was born October 2, 1926 in Waterbury, Conneticut, son of the late Edward and Louise Lenhart Randall. Randy was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Marine Corp with the 4th Marine Division in the Pacific. He worked in automotive sales, retiring after 30 years with O’Keefe Cadillac in Westport, Conneticut.
Besides his wife, he is survived by daughters, Deb Mount (James) and Holly Jijon (Richard) brother, Edward Randall; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Natalie, the mother of his children.
The family wishes to thank the staffs of Veteran’s Victory House and NHC Healthcare-Bluffton for the care and compassion given to Randy.
