To Mickey and Kirk and the Reynolds family, to Pastor Jimmy Williams and family, to all of Mrs. Dot's family,
Mrs. Dot Turner was a pillar of Christian faith, hope, and charity when i knew her best at Northside Christian Church. She was a superb treasurer, keeping the finances and all minutes and records in good order. Furthermore, she cared for the people in the church, including my family. She was genuinely interested in the teaching that came from the pulpit and in the prayers offered by the congregation.
She was a superb cook who generously brought her cooking to the church dinners.
As a Sunday school teacher, she remembered her students' birthdays with cards.
Her advice on church matters, especially finances, showed wisdom and prudence.
She had a kindly smile. The Lord Jesus has welcomed her home with the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant." We miss you, Mrs. Dot.

Ms. Dot, Sad you had to go. You were such a true Lady. I really appreciate the time we got to spend together when I owned City Hair Salon under your office. We had lots of great conversation.
