Mr. Carlo Homer Williams, 75, of Grays, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018.
Graveside services will be held 11 o’clock, Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Grimes Cemetery.
Born October 5, 1942 in Walterboro, he was a son of the late Emory Williams and Louetta Crosby Williams. He retired from Palmetto Rural Telephone Company after 41 years of service. He served his country faithfully in the United States Army. Mr. Carl loved fishing, shrimping and crabbing; and also loved re-building and re-storing old cars. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who dearly loved his family.
Surviving are: his wife, Faye Elaine Mason Williams of Grays; daughter, Karla R. Williams of Indiana; son, Carl H. Williams of Ehrhardt; brother, Danny Williams of Summerville; father-in-law, Felix Lee Mason and his wife Edith of Walterboro; one that he loved as his own, Nicole Polk of Grays; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Cathy Polk; and his mother-in-law, Elleanor Mason.
