Annie Pye

Mrs. Annie Warren Pye, 102, of Walterboro, passed away Monday, September 18, 2017 at Pruitt Healthcare in Walterboro.  She was the widow of Mr. Dunk Pye.

Funeral services will be held at 11 o’clock, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.  Interment will follow in Bedon Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born August 17, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Charles English Warren and Bertha Wasson Warren.  She was a seamstress at Walterboro Dress Plant.  She was a member of Doctor’s Creek Baptist Church and loved working with her flowers. 

Surviving are: her children, Dunk Pye and his wife Joyce of Greenville, and Nadyne Connelly of Walterboro; grandchildren, James Jeffrey Pye, Janet Brewster, Beth Benton, and Wendy Boyd; 5 great grandchildren; and 1 great great granddaughter.  She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Ralph Connelly.
