Andy Carroll

Mr. Andy Christopher Carroll, age 53, entered into rest at his home in Columbia Monday evening, November 5, 2018.   

Born August 7, 1965, in El Paso, Texas, he was a son of Mr. Jimmy Gilmore Carroll, Sr. and Mrs. Brenda Muckenfuss Carroll.   He had made the Columbia area his home for just over the last twenty years.  Andy was a very talented with photo framing, having worked many years at Fort Jackson and was currently working for a private company.  He loved painting and the arts and that love lead him to attend the University of South Carolina.  He was raised in the family church, Praise Assembly in Beaufort.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Walterboro are: two children, Christopher Carroll and Dustin Carroll; two brothers, Jimmy G. Carroll, Jr. of Columbia and Timothy Carroll of Clyo, Georgia; two sisters, Sharon Crall of Washington, D.C. and Pamela Brockway of Beaufort; and two grandchildren, Troy Carroll and Ashton Carroll.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon, November 10, 2018, from Ravenel First Baptist Church, 5987 Highway 165, Ravenel.  The Reverend Naveen Balakrishnan officiating.  Interment will follow in the churchyard.   The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony beginning at 1o’clock in the church sanctuary.
