I am Linda's cousin and when I ever think of her I think of the day we through mud at Jr. Blair's house. Boy, both of our parents were really mad. If I am not mistaken we had to clean the mess. We never did anything so bad again. That was a long time ago as I moved when I was 9. I guess we learned our lesson because we both turned out alright, she more than me. Love you Linda. God bless your family.

Linda, or "Flower" as she was known to some of us, was a member of a quirky online world of at-home medical transcription that my late husband called "imaginary friends" but there was nothing imaginary about her. Kind and helpful, friendly, sweet. What a good person. I am glad to have known her and will really miss her.

Linda was a friend from grade school, junior high and high school. I am glad that I got to catch up with her and meet Country last year at our mini reunion. She is missed.

Dear Linda - Although we never met in person, we knew each other for many, many years. I will miss your face and your sweet personality. May you rest in peace with our Lord, and may God bring blessings of love and comfort to your family. There is a big open space in the Medical Transcription community without you.

I am so very sorry to hear of Linda's passing. Like many others, we "met" online as medical transcriptionists. She is remembered as being a very sweet soul, and she will be missed here. That said, I know her heart is glad again as she reunites with her husband, Country. May they forever be together and in the company of their Lord. Estelle <3

I love you Mom! I am so happy for you and Dad. I cry for those of us who are still slaves to our bodies. Now we have to have the answers for the little ones that we once were. Thank you for my wonderful life.

How do you sum up a 32 year friendship when the words won't seem to form around the lump in my throat. I will miss my Sister from another Mother. As the tears run down my cheeks I can't help but think of so many memories fill with laughter! So to those she loved...remember her laughter...and her deep love for you. RIP my BFF...until we meet again. <3

To the family of Linda, please accept my sincere condolences. Linda and I "met" through our work of medical transcription, some 10+ years ago. Our friendship was mainly through instant messaging. Over the years, we shared life experiences, both of us having our mother's go through Alzheimer's, understanding how the disease impacted the loved ones. We shared a love for animals, especially dogs, and shared some funny, and sad, stories. We also shared our love for our grandchildren and with each birth, we would send each other photos and share stories, bragging about each one to one another. I am so very sorry for your loss. Like you, I am comforted knowing that Linda is now with her husband, Country, whom she loved very much. Rest in peace, dear Linda.

I have never met Mrs. Linda but I have met her beautiful daughter Kristy. And if she is anything like her daughter, then I know she was a wonderful woman. Wish I could have met her. My sympathies to all the family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

From 1998 when I first started transcription from home, Linda was my online friend, mentor, teacher, role model and confidante. We began at the bottom, recording from the phone line into our cassette players, and listening and typing what was recorded, usually very bad sound quality. We struggled through all these years, as most MTs do. Linda and I had our online squabbles, but in the end, we remained in each other's hearts. I hope she is in Heaven with Country, and at total peace. God's speed Linda. I will never forget you.
