RIDGEVILLE – Mrs. Linda Dandridge Blewer, 72, of Ridgeville, SC, passed away Tuesday evening, November 21, 2017 at Hospice of Charleston in Mount Pleasant. 

Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon, Monday, November 27, 2017, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.  Interment will follow in Ackerman Cemetery at Red Oak in Cottageville. 

Born April 18, 1945, in Cottageville, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late J.W. Dandridge and the late Ellen Hoff Dandridge.  She retired from Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston where she worked in the Medical Records Department.   She enjoyed being with her family and will always be remembered for living life to the fullest. 

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Mr. Jerrold Blewer Sr.; children, Jessie Blewer (Tracy), Jerrold Blewer Jr., and Christina McKeithan; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Cary Dandridge and Dean Dandridge; and five sisters, Cheryl Greenhill, Dale Greenhill, Nora Creel, Rose Newton, and Jackie Davis. 

The family will receive friends during a time of visitation Monday morning prior to the funeral service beginning at 11 o’clock at THE BRICE W.
